01 — Program Description

American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. offers an opt-in SMS program delivering time-sensitive market alerts, research notifications, and portfolio strategy updates.

02 — Consent

By checking the SMS opt-in box and providing your mobile number, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including messages sent via an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS).

03 — Message Frequency

Frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month.

04 — Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

05 — Opt-Out

Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive one confirmation.

06 — Help

Reply HELP or email info@portfoliofinancialservices.com.

07 — Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

08 — Privacy & Non-Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
